From the new Soap Opera Digest: Samms Wraps At GH: Samms has wrapped up her EIGHT episode stint, but tells Digest that she would LOVE to return. Emma says that she has been lobbying big time, but it's up to ABC and the audience. She says the audience has the power. Tony Geary is trying to get them to have her come back again as well. Tony also told her that he is lobbying to get the MONKEY BACK. Tony later told her a week later that he GAVE UP on the monkey and is only lobbying for HER. Samms says that it was great fun popping into town, causing trouble and leaving again. Holly's very hurt and angry that Robert could have left her and not told her that he was alive for all those years, and that is burning into her soul. Emma says that there is still a lot of LOVE for him, and hopefully that will come through. Holly and Luke still have a great attraction, and that gets played. They did not kill Holly and she left with different circumstances, but circumstances that she says Holly can get out of. Emma did a lot in eight episodes. She says she would sum up her return as a classical soap flashback except they are all older. Emma says she had enough time to return to the gym before coming back, but not enough to have major surgical repairs. Comings & Goings: Tristian Rogers (Robert Scorpio): Though Roger's story arc end on February 28, a GH insider states that "there's an excellent chance that Robert will turn up again in late March." Emma Samms (Holly Sutton Scorpio): Likewise, Samms bid adieu to PC on February 28. She says that she loved working with Tony and Tristian. There was no way she could have said NO. From the latest Soaps In Depth: Holly Exits and Returns? Holly's last date is 2/28. Emma says how could she not come back to work with Tony and Tristan. She says the two week thing was perfect because she has kids in England. She says if she could do two weeks every couple months, it would be perfect. She's very grateful for her fans.
